An excellent overiew of the main 4DX principles. The video also is a fine example of how a training video should be. The book is truly important. I always believed in focusing on a few strategic objectives/WIGs but, firstly, did not realise how few these should be namely not more on two at a time. Secondly, I did not realise how important a week is as a lead planning and execution span.
